Review the material and create a game based on following rules. You can work with a partner if you choose but make sure both individuals names are on the document. Submit your Google Doc with your idea of a Quarantine Game by Friday 5/15. Good Luck!

We will creating a scavenger hunt for North Star Elementary to share with their students. Please list 5 Scavenger Hunt items that an elementary student would be able to find in their home or yard. We would like to spend the remainder of year doing projects that would directly benefit our community. Before break we met on Zoom and discussed several possible assignments. A few of those possible assignments were mailing out postcards to the elderly, reading to children on a virtual platform and making videos for others to watch. You need to come up with your own project that we could do as a class that would benefit the community. Your project must be able to complete while still practicing social distancing. List your idea on the class comments and provide an explanation of how it can be executed. There is no need to respond to others at this time.

Intelligence started paying closer attention to possible terrorists, the airline industry implemented stricter travel rules and the U.S. has been involved in wars ever since. Now that this COVID-19 pandemic hit our nation, what do you think will forever be changed in our country? What do you believe will be put in place to ensure this tragedy never happens again? With all the extra time people now have, and the weather being what it is in our area, I am sure people in general are looking for activities they can do to pass the time. One activity we all can do is to learn something new. What is something that you would like to really take to time to learn or master. Obviously, with this mandate it allows people to spend time with family, work on themselves and interests and appreciate the things they have. After all things are said and down pertaining to COVID -19 develop at least 3 ideas that communities can implement/provide to allow community members to feel safe, come together and return to a sense of normality.

Everyone is supposed to avoid large gatherings and public events. There are people/children that do not have enough food to last 2 weeks. Elderly are more susceptible to the virus and our community is focused on COVID-19. What can you come up with to better our current situation? I would like you to provide one idea that might help our community over the next several weeks. Your concept must be something that is do-able with your current resources.
