Behind the Wheel Driving
Covid safety procedures
As of July 1, 2020, the PA Department of Transportation has approved Behind the Wheel Driver’s training and testing to resume for our school district. We will begin contacting students who have previously enrolled in BTW to schedule driving lessons. They will drive with the following guidelines in place:
-Temperature checks will be taken before entering the vehicle.
-Students wiping hands/shoes before entering the vehicle.
-Car will be limited to one driver and teacher. No additional passengers.
-Teacher will wear a mask. Student mask will be optional.
- After each lesson the teacher will clean/disinfect contact points in the vehicle before next
student.
