Remembering Adam forms have been provided to all 9th & 10th grade students. This is a voluntary drug screening that requires permission from a parent/guardian. If you would like more information on the Remembering Adam program you can go to www.rememberingadam.org. Students can turn in permission forms for the 2020-2021 school year to the guidance department. If you need a new form, please stop by the guidance office and see Ms. Wilt.
